Refund policy
At StitchButton, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Fabric Items:
Due to the nature of fabric products, once a fabric item has been cut, it cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to Calico, Fusing, and all other fabric sold by the meter or yard. We encourage you to double-check your required quantity before placing an order.
Non-Fabric Items (Zips, Buttons, Mannequins, Tools, etc.)
Non-fabric items may be returned or exchanged if:
-The item is unused and in its original, undamaged condition, and
-The return request is made within a day of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If any item — fabric or non-fabric — arrives damaged or defective due to a delivery or handling issue, please contact us within a day of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please include a photo of the damaged item and packaging when reaching out, as this helps us process your claim quickly.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or report a damaged item, contact us at stitchbutton26@gmail.com or message us directly on WhatsApp with your order number and details.
Refund Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be coordinated directly with you via bank transfer or your preferred method.
Non-Returnable Items In addition to cut fabric, the following are not eligible for return: items marked as final sale, and any item that shows signs of use, damage not caused by delivery, or missing original packaging.
